Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to any subscriptions, recurring purchases, pre-orders or other purchase options offered by Miswak House.

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases

If you purchase a subscription or recurring delivery, you authorise Miswak House to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency shown when you sign up.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before your next order has been processed.

Once a recurring order has been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel that individual order.

Cancelling a Subscription

You can cancel your subscription through your customer account or using the subscription management options provided with your order.

After cancellation, you will not be charged for future subscription orders. Any orders already processed will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases do not automatically renew. If you wish to cancel an order, please request cancellation as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled.

Changes to Purchase Options

Prices, delivery frequencies and available purchase options may change from time to time. Any changes affecting an existing recurring purchase will be communicated where required.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
