Refund policy

At Miswak House, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used Miswak products cannot be returned for change of mind.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of your return request.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the issue.

We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution where applicable.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.
